Ans : Yoga practice is an ancient practice by one and all during olden days. This is the reason for the good health, balanced mental health (not invading any country or states) and the upgraded spiritual practice. This has been practiced after antar (internal) shoucha (cleansing of stomach) the empty stomach and the bahya (external) shoucha (cleansing of the physical body-bathing) that too in running water.
But now a days this is being practiced and then the bath. The water has a ability to cleanse. By the practice of YOGA we are clearing the blocks for the DIVINE ENERGY to flow into the invisible energy body. By having the bath we are cleaning away the energy that has flown in our energy bodies. It is a clairvoyant observation.
So please observe that you have the salt water bath (it is not possible to get the sea water or the sea itself, in cities without a seashore but you can create them in your bathroom), in a bucket of 10 liters water mix 1 kg of sea salt and store it for the future use. Add 25 ml of Tea tree oil or Lavender oil (available at the aroma shop) to this solution. And don't forget to cover the container with the lid, as the water will sprinkled into the container. Have two mugs of this water on the body and rinse as we rinse the soap. The salt has a property to disintegrate the used up/ negative energies and the water to clean thus disintegrated energies. Then clean up the salt water on the body with the regular water. Followed by the regular bath. Observe the difference.
